OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and from where your Moonwalk Costumes order will arrive. Please read it before placing an order — particularly the section on multi-package delivery, since it affects every order with more than one item.

WHY YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE

Each piece in the Moonwalk Costumes range — jackets, gloves, accessories, and more — is made and shipped by its own specialist supplier. That means if your order includes more than one item, it will typically arrive as multiple separate packages, often on different days, each with its own tracking number. Building a full multi-piece look? Your order could arrive in up to 8 separate packages over the course of one to two weeks. This is normal, expected, and not a sign anything has gone wrong — you'll receive tracking information for every package as it ships, so you always know what's on the way.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days of purchase. During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the transit time shown below.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The table below gives typical delivery windows by region, counted from the date each package is dispatched (not from your order date). Because pieces ship from different suppliers, different items in the same order can arrive on different days within — or occasionally slightly outside — these windows.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times can be affected by customs processing, local courier capacity, extreme weather, and other events outside our control. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs holds, and force majeure events.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery address. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once a package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing its tracking number. Because multi-item orders ship separately, you may receive several tracking emails for a single order — one per package, sent as each piece leaves its supplier. You can track each package directly through the carrier's tracking site using the number provided.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be — please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we may be able to correct it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once an item has been sent to a supplier for fulfillment.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If a package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at jesse.dvauz@icloud.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the relevant supplier and carrier and work with you on next steps, which may include a replacement or a resolution under our Return and Refund Policy [LINK].
